so i recently put in a aftermarket headunit, everything works fine except the speakers, they wont play any sound? do i have to replace the stock amps underneath the seats and run RCA cables or something?

How did you deal with the data cable between the head unit and amp? I doubt any aftermarket head units have the same connection and it looks like it is bespoke to the McIntosh. From my experience any slight poor connection on this cable and the amp will refuse to work.

I have the same problem, I’ve got an after market amp with RCA inputs for each speakers and sub. My new headunit doesn’t seem to have rca outputs so I can not connect speakers/amp to headunit. Is there any way around this?
