MY10 GT headunit

I understand the to replace the Macintosh unit in the GT I need to replace the lower section with the stock non GT fascia with the cubby hole bit.
Would something like this work?

Looks like the same fascia, the android unit looks shit, but it's more so the idea I'm after, not sure how it'd go with the amp/reverse cam/steering controls.
Is there other quad din android units? or would a tablet work?
