Nexus 7 video input

Has anyone had much luck getting a video input besides a reverse camera working nicely with one of these?
I'm currently looking at some different gauge options since BTSSM no longer works for me. Have found one that outputs VGA or composite, so thinking if that can be converted to USB nicely then this may all pan out. Would be nice to keep the gauges on the tablet and not have to run a multigauge digital setup.

Did you forget your link ^?

Same input used for reverse camera iirc.
EasyCap is the name of the AV to USB converter.

Why has Btssm stopped working with your car?

Was more of a general question as to whether it’ll actually work at the Android end.
Looking at one of these, or if it doesn't work then just the digital multigauge which I know will work. It's actually the model Haltech have used for their CAN gauge they offer.

I'm running a EMTron STI plugin ECU now which BTSSM doesn't work with.
