Liberty 4Gen Fascia Kit

Postby Churchy » Wed Aug 22, 2018 10:54 pm

Hi.

I just bought a Subaru Liberty 4Gen and I'm looking to swap out the head unit for one with Bluetooth and I know that in order to do so, I'll need a fascia. But, I was looking for kits and I found 2 different options, one of which being just the plastic frame and is much cheaper.

The other being a kit with the same plastic frame but also has the heating and cooling controls attached to it. Linked here:

While I am willing to buy the more expensive one, I don't want to spend more than I have to.
So I was wondering, will I be able to get away with the cheaper one, or does it have to be the more expensive one?
Thanks

I sell these a bit cheaper and do wiring kits as well. Please post a picture of the current radio and I'll tell you what you need

This is the current head unit, sorry about the bad photo, it's currently getting the roadworthy done so I can't take a photo, this is one from carsales:

Bad pic is fine - I can still tell what it is. You need the controls and the fascia - a kit with the controls and fascia (I have them in stock) including an antenna adapter and a Subaru to ISO wiring harness is $335 posted.

Let me know if you want one, matt@roystontech.com.au and we can sort something out

Would you be able to sort something out for me?

07-09 liberty is different - jump on the club.liberty.asn.au FB group and get onto Paul Burns who makes a fascia to suit.

what do you mean its a awesome piece of technolog..... no wait thats my sarcasm/frustration after having brought my car 5 months ago and wondered why the 6 stacker cd player wouldnt load/eject or even switch to cd on my head unit ibit the bullet yesterday and figured id have a looksie turns out a previous owner at some point has completely removed the stacker and player itself and left only lower headunit (f******n jerks) so i guess ill just buy a new deck..... and i guess speakers and wiring as McIntosser system run 4 OHM speakers off the factory deck.....wasa good way to ruin my afternoon..

Are any of the fascia plates for the top half of hu surround available still to suit a 05 3.0R sedan
