I got on my hind legs and did some googling:
Have a look here for example:
https://au.lexusownersclub.com/forums/t ... t-sd-card/

I’m sure I could track down the latest update just by incremental keyword changes.

Here’s what I did: google subaru map DVD nz.
Found Au25/Nz14
Googled subaru map DVD nz14. Found that forum link ^

Next keep changing keywords eg subaru map DVD nz15 etc.

It seems that burning nz on Au discs is optional.

Forums like that are the usual sources of updated discs, and there’s way more out there.

I call it Frustration/panic/prejudice/myopia factor, you can’t find a solution because you’re too close to the issue, aka overthinking it, or under thinking it.

Here’s an explanation of Toyota etc maps in subaru. Keep your og disc for battery resets, burn discs at 1x with error correction.

Is that C1 or C2? I suspect it is C1. Could someone confirm please?

The message showing in the outbox means it has not yet been read by the recipient. Once it is read the message is no longer in the outbox.

Hi maps followers.
I grabbed the V25 C1 from link provided and it does not work very well for me, very slow/laggy and the "Destination/Address" does not even work at all.
Maybe a bad burn? The burnt copy did verify ok to the source ISO file. Two questions:
Q1: In the post from Tom he shows V1200 but mine is V1000, is that going to be an issue? This is in my 2007 3.0B
Q2: what brand of dual-layer disks do people have best results with? I have used Verbatim

Hoping to get working but for now I will have to go back to the factory V12 disk...

Try a burn at 1x speed.
Clean the disc with a soft cloth in a radial not concentric motion before inserting the disc, making sure no dust alights the disc.
