The inside of the grille was gutted with a dremel for clearance.
Speaker spacer was cut from sheets of thick card lol

Zoom in on the pic above and you can just see the 2x 10-15mm standoffs, I may be repeating myself here but I used hot glue, tek screws and some sort of grey tube to do the standoffs.
