JBL speakers

Hi guys! What do you think about these speakers?

Front speakers and tweeter
JBL CS760c

Back Speakers
JBL CS7

Here are the specs:

Front
CS760C
Type: 6-1/2" component car audio loudspeaker system
Peak power handling: 150W
Power handling, continuous average: 50W
Frequency response: 55Hz – 20kHz
Nominal impedance: 4 ohms
Sensitivity (2.83V/m): 92dB

Back
CS762
Type: 6-1/2" coaxial car audio loudspeaker
Peak power handling: 135W
Power handling, continuous average: 45W
Frequency response: 55Hz – 20kHz
Nominal impedance: 4 ohms
Sensitivity (2.83V/m): 93dB

CS7 Speakers

I don't know if this is a good setup. I want just to improve the stock sound and I'm thinking too, to use the Mcintosh Amp or a JBL Amp.
Do you think its a good setup or it wont fit? What I need more? Comments please!

I don't know what the speakers are like in the pre-FL Spec.Bs, but the comment I've just had from an audio installer I trust is that the speakers in the post-FL cars are actually quite good.

If your speakers aren't actually broken (no tears in them, etc), you may get better performance by using dynamat/etc on your doors/parcel shelf - when done properly, this will substantially improve the speakers ability to produce clear sound (it also helps to remove rattles/etc which detract from your audio experience in your car). If you can easily upgrade the headunit and amp, that may also help too - but the best speakers in the world won't sound very good in a bad environment.

JBL used to be good (apparently) before the Chinese bought the brand.
But they are quite cheap these days, so they should be decent. Make sure they're 4 Ohm rated, the new specs usually list 2 Ohm power outputs.

I have old JBL speakers in a car and they're quite good (60 WRMS @ 4 Ohms).

I thought JBL was a sub brand of Harman, like Infinity. Or are they all owned by Chinese now?

Probably are now. But back when I was getting speakers, JBL was transitioning to Chinese (from what I read).
Was disappointed they were advertising 60W-70W RMS at 2 Ohms lol. So I guess I got the last of their 'old' speakers (GTO range).
