Front door bottom speaker/sub woofer/driver

Postby AttardSpecB » Mon Nov 16, 2015 9:41 am

Hi All,

Hoping someone can help me out, i have a 2006 my07 subaru liberty spec b with mcintosh system, everything is stock apart from the rear subwoofer which has been replaced with a 8" rockford fosgate sub.

So the front passenger bottom speaker has now failed and i am looking to replace it,but keep the stock mcintosh amp. Any suggestions of a swap that will work on the stock amplifer.
so its a 6" 8ohm which it is written on the bottom of the speaker.

Thanks

Ian

I went with Polk MM6501 and did dynamat, sounds AMAZING. Get Dynamat either way, inner and outer skins.
You will want something with high sensitivity, try Polk DB6501s too $100 cheaper
