battery upgrade suggestions please

2002 gen 3.

lights dimmin and shit when my bass hits.
guys at the shop said shouldn't need a capacitor, just a pimp battery.

Any suggestions? Like I know some brands do standard but then like premium batteries.

Optima is the way to go. They have a battery which fits perfectly into Gen 4 Libertys and I'm sure it would fit Gen 3s as well. They are the way to go as far as audio systems go in cars. If you are located in VIC, I would be able to help you out.

If you've got the small pencil (JIS) battery terminals, Optima D51 Yellow Top is the size you want.
If you've got normal large battery terminals & the large battery tray you'd want an Optima D34 Yellow Top.
