navigation update + speed camera warnings

Hey all,

I was wondering if anyone knows how to get a sat nav with speed camera warnings and also update the sat nav.

I drive a 2008 liberty 2.5i everything is standard except for sat nav and leather seats.

If someone could dumb down how to update the sat nav and tell me if its possible to update to one with sat nav warnings that would be awesome.
