Hi ! I'm in the process of updating the headunit in MY09 Liberty (BL) and was wondering what people's experiences have been with the different brands ? I'm looking for a double din with a reverse camera and Bluetooth at minimum. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Can't go wrong with alpine. Have an IVE-W554ABT in mine and love it. Only thing I can recommend is go with a 7inch screen one vs a 6.1inch. Wanted a 7inch one but didn't like the styles they had on offer at the time.
Also if you haven't already it pays to do a lot of research into what you want to gain from customising the audio in these cars. If you currently have the mcintosh setup it isn't quite a plug and play swap over and you really want to know what you're getting into before you get too deep.

That shouldn't be a problem, if they don't have it they should be able to order it in.
It makes wiring the new headunit super easy, wish they were around when I did my headunit

Personally I wouldn't go near a non branded eBay style one, sure sometimes people luck out and they're actually pretty good, but there's still way too much risk for my liking. Especially if you're after gps there will be no guarantee on maps being updatable and could be left with a real dud.
If I had wanted to do things a bit cheaper I would have gone kenwood, a good few hundred dollars cheaper than comparable alpine models, and all the latest gear is right up there quality wise. Still costs a small fortune but it's a fortune guaranteed to work.
Also it might pay to look into the phone mirroring systems pioneer and kenwood do, could mean not needing to buy a gps headunit and just using your phones one mirrored to the screen. The ones I've seen leave a lot to be desired but cuts a huge chunk off the price.
