Hi all
I have a 2010 Liberty Exiga Linetronic wagon which i bought a few months ago and although i love the car the only thing that i don't like is the standard head unit. Although the sound output is decent i don't have bluetooth which to be honest surprises me of a vehicle that is only 4 years old and no USB and AUX ports. My problem is in a few days i have to drive many hours to go camping and i cant play burnt CD's or music off my USB stick which i used to use in my previous vehicle.
Besides replacing my head unit which i probably will do shortly do i have any way of playing my music as i wont have many radio stations to choose from. Any help would be appreciated.

Checking in for a solution as well.
Just about to pickup a 2009 MY10 Sports Premium Liberty wagon that hasn't got USB/BT input but does have a 3.5mm AUX.
I fitted a GROM-IPD3 to my MY07 Outback and that was the best thing ever!
Seems there isn't an option for the factory stereo in the gen5 Lib? (I've been reading a lot of threads here and elsewhere to find the holy grail)

Only other option I've seen is a complete replacement on Ebay with a DVD/Screen. We had a hire car Outback MY12/13 a while back and that had USB/iPod/BT. Has anyone swapped one of those into an earlier model?

Save your money on an interim solution and just buy a decent replacement head unit when you have the money. It's really the most sensible long run choice.

While i will buying a new head unit i need to listen to music while on my travels in a few days so no time to get a new unit installed.
As a temporary solution i just bought a FM transmitter from JB HIFI for $35.
So now all i got to do is load my phone/tablet up with music.

I had one for a while, but it constantly had issues because you get interference on various frequencies and bleh. But it's a good interim solution

If you do have an aux port what I did was buy a little bluetooth audio receiver and plug that into the aux and just have it charging off the cig lighter in the centre console. Powers on when the car does and automatically syncs with my phone,only thing is that music changes have to be done through your phone rather than the head unit.
