Exiga 2012 MY13 audio input help
Hi All,
This is my first post and from the outset I'll point out that I know very little about cars in general let alone car audio. I recently purchased an 2012 my13 liberty exiga premium for my wife and ever growing family but stupidly didn't do any research on what a rubbish audio system the car has. The only option for listening to music other than the radio is a cd player which I haven't owned for years (CD's that is). There is no physical aux or USB input as this seems to be used by the dvd player and blue tooth audio didn't get introduced till the 2013 model came out I believe. The "non-premium" model has the aux input but no sat-nav and I can see a plate covering where this input would be in said model in my car.
I'm assuming that it isn't as easy as lifting the cover plate off and buying some sort of plug and play attachment so guess I was after any advice as to what I can do or where I can go to fix my stuff up of a purchase. If a fix is indeed possible that is.
Kind regards,
Johnny
