Replacement floor carpet - any recommendations?

[GT-B Spec R Pilot]

The factory carpet in my 09 GT-B sedan has torn around the plastic area where the drivers foot mat is. I am looking at removing the seats and console & replacing the whole floor area carpet and taking advantage of the access available with no seats to cover the entire floor area with sound deadener & upgrade the audio system at the same time. I have spoken to Marty at FHRX in Sydney (based on recommendations from this forum) about the audio upgrade but I am looking around to find a quality carpet that will assist in reducing road noise & heat transfer into the cabin & not fall apart in a short time.

So in summary I want a quality carpet that will enhance the acoustic environment whilst minimising heat & noise transfer into the cabin & must be black. Any recommendations?
