grom/kenwood help

I have a kenwood system and it wont open the changer and play music on the grom yet the grom charges the iphone connected to it.
The head unit still plays cds so unsure if its the grom or the cd changer ..

Does bluetooth work? Can you make calls? A cable may have come loose

Bluetooth works but appears on the phone but can't put it o

sorry tappatalk fails again ..
umm well bluetooth connects and iphone charges just physical can play music through the head unit.
but the head unit plays cds

Don't know about the kenwood unit, but on the McIntosh you have to hold down the CD button for a few seconds for it to switch to the external CD stacker port. This will then allow you to listen to the GROM as a source.

I might be way off, but might help :-)

faulty unit kinda died .. anyway sent back to the usa should be getting a new one soon :)
