Stereo options for a Subaru Liberty 2.0i

wrong shape l/h d stereo is angled different so it wont fit without modification . is was going to buy one from metraonline who manufactures them but as i said there the wrong shape

Here's a thought....why don't you just do what I do in mine....that way when you sell your car, you can just take it out and keep it all stock!!

I think the only option is to put a single din in the centre console. Where would i get the part from?

they dont make one but i have seen it done on another site you just have to modify it yourself. thats what im going to do

Ok, short update.

I bought the Double Din Cubby Replacement kit + Info Relocation kit off tangcla and i'm keen to put in a 7" DVD player where the cubby is. I'll start removing the centre pieces like here http://www.jazzyengineering.com/Installation_Manual_1-2.pdf and relocate the info kit. Then yank out the existing cubby and put the new one in.

Would i buy the Aerpro Subaru Wiring Harness 13 Pin http://www.ryda.com.au/Aerpro-Subaru-Wiring-Harness-13-Pin-p/ap2001.htm and go from there?

Anyone done the double din cubby conversion with this model Liberty?
