Does GT have wiring for wheel mounted audio controls?

Postby Ric » Mon Mar 17, 2008 9:21 pm

Here's a closeup of the wheel that was replaced on my car recently.
The white three pin plug is for the cruise control stalk.
The green 5 pin plug is for the audio controls.
Does anyone know if the wiring is installed in all cars, or only those which came with the correct wheel to start with?

You can see one of the two hex headed bolts which hold the centre section in. You'd want to be very careful removing it, as there is an airbag in there also. You'd probably have to disconnect the battery, and wait 30 minutes before trying it.

I wasn't sure if you were driving down. :)
It would be pointless dicussing a sale if it wouldn't work on your car. ;)

Might be worth asking Michael before you come.
