MY 2010 Liberty Satnav issue.

Hi there guys, I am having an issue on the satnav in my 2010 GT liberty.

My issue is that I am trying to set the satnav to avoid toll roads on my trips, sounds easy enough, hit route preferences and make sure unselect toll roads, well I do this (calculate button greyed out), and return to my route and note that again toll roads are included in my trip, the same applied to avoiding ferries (not that this is an issue in Melbourne) I cant seem to make my preferences save.

Anyone else had a similar experience? I have of course followed the owners manual and its no help. I am finding the built in satnav to be really cheap and nasty too, my old portable unit is far better though it looks daggy having this hanging off the windscreen.
