Hi guys any experience with these ?
My question is when a call comes in I assume the sound would come out of car speakers as its plugged into Aux however does that mean you have to have aux mode always on?
If your listening to radio does it auto switch to aux when there's an incoming call ?

Yeah when your phone rings, you need to hit the AIX button to hear them. I would recommend getting the bluetooth version, not quite as clear but less hassle, cables and its bluetooth so no need to plug phone in.

Audio comes out through car speakers using the fm transmitter. If listening to cd or radio, would still need to click over to programmed station.
Best I've come across. Did end up getting annoyed and got a parrot installed. Not cheap though :/

+1 for the BT Aircast.
Just stream music from your iPhone and press 1 button to receive and end calls.
You can use voice control to make calls too.
It's an inexpensive alternative to e.g. Anycarlink or Grom.
Requires aux in...

+1 for BT Aircast from me too.
SQ is surprisingly good, and the colour scheme matches the post-FL Gen 4s very nicely (red illumination for power; blue when connected via BT)

I've had mine for two years and for the money it's great.
Recently the single big button has gotten a little sticky so I'm considering hacking mine apart and integrating its few parts into the car for a factory like operation.
So the mic into or as close to the steering wheel as possible, the button to one of the SWC's (which I rarely use), and the base into the dash with hidden wiring of course.
Anyone attempted this already?

I haven't BBB.
Where does everyone put theirs? I was thinking near the shifter somewhere but I want to hide the cable as best I can.
At the moment I'm just moving it in and out of the centre armrest.

I had the unit on the little triangular bit of trim between the shift boot and the ashtray with the wire exiting the center console at the join where it meets the shift boot ring. It worked well.
I moved it to just in front of the center box mounted to a switch blank, its way more unobtrusive but the button actuation is more difficult.
Thus I want to fully integrate it. Should be fun too.

Placed mine left of the SI drive selector and tucked the cord into the plastic trim of the centre tunnel on passenger side

I used to have the Belkin Aircast Bluetooth version. It was placed just behind the handbrake on the switch blanking plate. I had to speak a bit louder than usual because of the placement however it worked pretty well. I got recently replaced it with a Kinivo BTC450. Its essentially the same thing, however there are 2 main benefits which are the reasons I use the Kinivo instead of the Belkin.
The Kinivo:
1. Auto connects with your device when you are in range (no need to push the button once like the Belkin)
2. Has "next track' & "previous track" buttons on the side
Cant fault either device really. They are essentially the same price if you can still find them. They both do exactly what they are supposed to. I just prefer the Kinivo because of the reasons listed above. Also with my elbow on the armrest, the change track buttons are pretty much exactly where my hand falls so I don't have to move much to change the song (I love being lazy). With the Belkin I had to pick up my phone to change track, this could also potentially result in a fine and demerits for using your mobile while driving.

Yep got it off eBay from a US seller. I think it cost me around $75 which is not cheap by anyones standards. That price sucks because amazon have it for $40 USD but they don't post it to AU by the looks.
