Finally got around to upgrading audio on the O7GT

McIntosh HU had an RCA out conversion completed.
McIntosh amp out / Audison LRx 5.1k in (this amp is pretty special)
McIntosh front splits out / HERTZ HSK 163, 3 way in
McIntosh "sub" out / HERTZ HX 300 D 12" in
Centre speaker disconnected - why was this ever there in the first place?
Sound deadening in doors.

Complete rewire - this amp is way to big for under the passenger seat.

Still to come:
AUX in for iPod - want to mount iPod touch in cubby hole
Sub volume control.

My days of installing are over so I had this professionally installed. Sounds fantastic.

Will get pics up ASAP. Bit of a surprise in the boot for STi owners in particular. Stay tuned.

Sounds sweet- worthwhile upgrade, while not going over the top!

If you don't mind me asking, who did u get to do the work?

Very curious to see the outcome maybe even in person?

We really need to organise a Melbourne meet and greet soon.

Where do they sell Audison 5 channel amp? I want one!!!

Going back in Tuesday to finish install off. When this is finished I will post up pics and post name of installer.

Regarding Melbourne meet-up, having just moved here it would be good to meet some local crew early in the new year.

He was the distributor at the time when I had my 5/6 channel Audison.

He also does Hertz and Morel

(I havent dealt with him in some time but I presume he is still the distributor)
