Having just picked up a Liberty with a V14 map, I really need to get my hands on this

I would like to get my hands on V18 (C2) to see if there are any improvements

There are V16/V17 in this forum already, great.

But it is time to look forward to get V18.....

I've tried the V17 above & the Mitsubishi v17 in my my09 but none of them work, even tried burning to a couple of different brand disks but just get message that I haven't inserted the correct disk when I do the reset.

Seems to good to be true but if they will let pay and pickup then hmmmm.... I am guessing it must be a copy but not sure??

Edit: Think I found the reason and the dodgy part

Advice: we have found due to Australian weather / temp extremes that it is safer to keep a back up copy in a safe cool place. Email us for more info on purchasing a back up, as contrary to some misguided beliefs it is not illegal to create a backup.
By requesting the purchase of a back up of any software supplied by us, you confirm that you already own an original version thus have the legal right to own a back up.

OK,I have used original Whereis disc V18.C1
I have made a copy I will stick it in when I get home. Then I will try the disc in the Subie.......
I will update tonight.

If it works I'm happy to post the copy to whoever and it can be the communal V18 disc to be shared amongst forum members.

I have made a few copies of this disc. This is for MYO7-MY09 Liberty/Outback & MY07-MY08 Forester
If you would like a copy, (PM me your postal address) add your name to this thread and so the next person can contact you to pass it on, and so on.
Does that make sense?
That way I only have to post out a few copies and it’s up to everyone else to pass it on.

Sure thing Mark. You can be (2). Although will the C1 version work in your MY12?

I am not sure but willing to try and then if required just pass the disk on and keep copy incase anyone else around here wants to borrow it.

Currently I have V17 C2... Is there any differences? On the site they claim it is works on all but always good to find out.
