Is it possible to get a front camera and wired it to the my10gt's Macintosh system?

I guess you could, but If it anything like the genIV liberties, it will come fitted with a front windscreen which you can look out of. It gives a much bigger and infinitely higher resolution image. Theoretically looking out the wind shield would save you money, which you could put towards useful modifications, such as an exhaust and tune.
Kinda flush. Fitment is something. ADM as F*ck.

You wouldn't need a front camera, just front sensors to judge the distance of those parking blocks. A front camera would be pretty pointless imo, a rear camera is different as you actually can't see if there' a kid directly behind your car if they are short
