Yeah eventually.
They said they were having problems with Auspost. Some kind of backlog- which doesn’t seem very legit. Posting out “another” unit tomorrow via express platinum

I've just ordered and paid for one, too. I included a note stating that I was aware of some issues with posting delays to members on a Subaru forum which I hope have all been resolved now.

Just got the unit, installed it, and the HU turns on and off consistently. F**K. whyyyyyyy is this so difficult

So the Axxess messed up eventually, and the Xcarlink won’t work at all. time to give up?

Just received mine - ordered Sunday received Thursday - not too bad, really. Admittedly, I did state to them that I was aware of some issues - that probably helped.

They didn't, however, include an invoice and the bluetooth component was just jammed into the same box.

On the product itself, I note that the BT adapter uses the "line in" port of the Xcarlink which means you can't use that port for anything else at the same time (such as an MP3 player).

Still, we'll see what happens given the problems mentioned by jay and bates above. Is this a problem that everyone is having or is it inconsistent? Is there a pattern? So, for example, is it only for a particular year model or anything else in particular?

Perhaps could you all start posting your OEM HU model numbers (printed on the label on the top)? That might help to spot a pattern.

There will be a Subaru number (like 86201AG...), then a McIntosh number (probably starting with PF-.. and ending with the letter "i", not the digit 'one'). There should also be another sticker on the back with a short number (like Znn).

It would be really great if people could also post clear pictures of the front, back, and label of each different model.
