Wouldn't be overly concerned about what version it displays as this can readily be modified in the Version.txt file.
Critical factor is that it has the most recent maps!

EDIT: Downloaded and tested the version linked on mediafire. Still same experience for me, the expressway is missing, so for me anyway there is no change.
