13 speakers - where are they all??

So I've had a quick look and I can't seem to find all 13 speakers the libby supposedly has...

now Unless the rear door speakers are 2 way then this post is moot, but yeah.

I've counted 4 speakers in each front door = 8 front
2 speakers in each rear door = 2 rear
1 sub in rear parcel tray = 1 sub

so 11 all up

where's the other 2?? or is it like I said, rears are 2 way co-ax, i.e. speaker and tweeter all in one.

one on top closest to the windscreen which makes it twelve..

but no idea where the rest are

Ummm, 2 per door would equal 4, so there is your missing two speakers.

yeh as you said the rear doors have a tweeter mounted on top of the speaker itself..
so 2 per rear door

The rear door speakers are two-way and counted by Subaru as two speakers. There was a diagram of this somewhere, I saw it long long ago.

Whilst we're here, the 13 speaker setup in my 05 wagon sounded heaps better (and louder it seems) than the 14 speaker setup in my 07 Sedan. methinks the extra speaker robs the Mac of a few essential watts for powering the remainder of the speakers.
