This thread is aging and we're now up to v25 C2 discs so I've started a new thread specifically for this heer - viewtopic.php?f=22&t=36726

Hi all,

I've read every post in this thread, hunting the latest (or even any) C2 iso download for Gen V Mckintosh.
All the links are now dead so really hoping someone might have it and can provide a link?

Or otherwise I'm in Brisbane so happy to pay for a physical copy.
Appreciate any help thanks!

Hi mate,
I still have a v23 C2 image on my computer - that would make it approx 2017. My Gen4 McIntosh took C1 discs, so I never saved any other C2 image.
The file is too big to send. If you want I can post you a copy. I'm 1 hour SW of Brisbane, so pretty far from anywhere (and I sold the Lib in 2023, so I'm rarely on the forum much anymore).

*If the Gen5 is like the Gen4, make sure to keep the original disc. You'll need it if the battery is ever disconnected.

I tried to PM you on Saturday but it seems to be does not work - my message still sits in "Outbox". I am in Brisbane too. Have Ver 26 C2 from this post viewtopic.php?f=22&t=34411&start=135#p446697 and Ver 23 C2 from Navshop. If you have a Google drive or so you can share then I can upload the files there. P.S. I have Gen V with McIntosh - so tested both and they are OK

It will stay in Outbox until the other person reads their message (unlike normal email where it goes to Sent items once sent).
For years email notifications for PMs didn't work on this forum, so I'm not sure if that ever got fixed. If someone doesn't log in here and see they have a PM and read it, it'll stay in Outbox for ever.

Hi @tom_kauf & @ilib11

Thank you both for replying, considering the age of this thread and our cars I wasn't sure anyone would.
I've responded to ilib's PM and trust we can arrange something of mutual benefit.

I'm currently stuck with the stock 2011 maps, whatever version they are, which suck as much as you could imagine haha.
Great to know there are active and helpful folk on this board!!

Cheers
