In the looks department the Belkin wins hands down with its Red/Blue/Purple colours depending which mode it is in. The Kinivo has nothing on the Belkin in that regard. It only Sports one miniscule Blue/Red LED. See below - taken directly from the manual

Powered off - Off
Powered on - Blinking blue
Pairing mode - Alternating blinking blue and red
Standby mode - Slow blinking blue

Like the Belkin, the kinivo gives an audible beep through the radio (if your head unit is set to AUX) when the unit pairs successfully. But yeah like I mentioned earlier the Belkin needs a push of the button to initiate pairing where as the Kinivo is automatically paired when in range and powered on.

*Edit- In case it isnt clear or hasnt been mentioned before, you will require some sort of AUX in for this device to work. Whether it be from the anycarlink, the AUX port in the centre console or whatever other option there is, it wont work without one. So if you need to purchase the AUX in plug from subaru it could cost up to $130 for the plug and another $75 for the bluetooth kit.

2. Has "next track' & "previous track" buttons on the side

A double click of the Belkin BT button skips songs (single click connects, answers calls, plays/pauses) but I've found it to be unreliable. They should have added next & prev buttons!
