Wiring new HU question

Hi, i've just purchased a new 2 din Head Unit to install in the B4.
I've also ordered the Subaru wiring harness that's meant to be good for 01-13 Subaru's.

My question is, the B4 has a 7 speaker sound system, i understand there's an amp under the passenger seat?
The new head unit is 5 channel (Front left, front right, rear left, rear right, sub).

will i just be able to plug the head unit into the amp and it will automatically split the front left and right into the tweeters and door speakers?

The split into the tweeters happens either within the amp or in a separate box after the amp afaik.

yeah it's only a 5 channel system
Fl and FR are "splits"
and the "crossovers" (filter) is built into the tweeter and door woofer. so just think of the front door as one channel
