LOL - took it all in good stride.

Anything after PA systems for Prodigy, Chemical Brothers, Fat Boy Slim, etc seems like kiddie land for me. Until you've sat near the likes of a EAW Quad 15" sub cabinet with 4000W being pushed into it and it throwing out 130 dB, then array 8, 10, 12 of them together per array, its hard to imagine too much bass.

Is that your background? Setting up PA systems for those concerts? I've been to 3 Prodigy concerts (2x Big Day Outs and GC Convention Centre) and each time their sound has been awesome!

I believe it is a case of finding your own cross over points to suit your music. They will change with each genre and drive you nuts.

Re: Tweeter crossover points,

You need 3 things to calculate the freq and slope.
a. Value of capacitor(s)/inductor(s) used,
b. Location of the components (series +, parelell +&- etc),
c. Load or Impedance of the driver being crossed over (use a multimeter and just take a resitance reading, it'll be close enough for this calculation. Ensure the driver is disconected for an accurate reading).

It Could be anywhere between 1k and 6k, thats way to big of a gap to just 'wing it' so take the time and caluclate properly, I'd hate to see you fry your coils .
