Sat Nav HELP!

Postby hamish_023 » Tue Jan 19, 2010 12:47 pm

Ok well when i go to change the time on the sat nav it always resets back to default after 30 secounds. Anyway in the manual it says the Sat nav will automatically update time.

Its 1/2 hour behind and can't be changed.

any ideas to override the sat nav auto update?

Do you have timezone settings? If your car thinks it is in Adelaide then your time will be 30 minutes behind...

are u talking about the maps? or the user interface?

u can update your maps with a new map disc but u have to know which version u need (i have yet to find one for mine which works) ......... do a search there's a few threads about it on here

if its the user interface u're talking about im not so sure u can do anything about that.......

Apparently some people have plugged into the video on the back of the screen - there is some stuff over at Legacygt.com ..

I didn't have Nav installed so put in a touchscreen cabled to laptop under the seat...
