Rever's Custom Sub Box Services

Hey guys,

As 2010 brings on a light year of responsibilities for myself i have decided to offer my services in building custom sub boxes. As you all know, proffesionally built custom boxes can come with price tag up to $300-400, so i have decided to provide another option to those wanting the same performance without the asthetic perfection that a proffesional provides as i believe the extra $200 is not worth the perfect carpet trim. This too is an alternative to those not having the time, or ability, to produce a custom box designed specifically to their sub.

For only $160:
1. I will hunt down the ideal dimensions and tuning (if ported) of a box that specifically draws maximum performance from your sub
2. I will custom design the dimensions to suit your boot space.
3. I will gather all materials necessary to complete your box
4. Have the box completed overnight!

What efforts does that leave you? Simply giving me the model number of your sub and payment at completion.

What i will guarentee:
- Fast completion time
- A box that although not having the same asthetic perfection as a proffesional box, will deliver the same performance. Afteall - the big kick
and sharp delivery is what will turn those heads.

What i do not guarentee:
- Unbelievable bone shattering bass. Remember that your hardware has limitations and that an ideal box will not increase these but rather get maximum performance from your sub.

Things to note*
- A $60 deposit will be required prior to my building of the box
- If you are aware of the dimensions/tunning you want, do not hesitate to tell me them.
- I am located in 3204 (Ormond), which will be the the location of pickup.

Sounds good. It would be helpful for others if you put your actually city and state location in your profile. And if you own a Liberty, you should put that in there as well as people will feel more comfortable knowing another Liberty owner has that mod. If you have any pics of your work, especially on any Libs, it'll give people some ideas especially for those looking to maximise the space. Any lastly, you should PM Ric so that this thread can be moved to the Commercial Vendors section where it's more appropriate. However you should still have a post in the Audio section to say you now offer this service and to check you out in the Commercial Vendors section! Good luck! I'm sure there are a few people out there wanting to fit a sub but are worried about the space it takes up.

Good service you are offering there; I am always in support of custom boxes as pre fab almost never does the right job. Perhaps post up some photos of your work?

I would presume your cost includes basic basic enclosure with 18mm MDF, wood screws, wood glue, internal gap sealant + minimal bracing, basic terminals and no exterior covering? I don't need a box personally but people would like to see what they get for their money.

Also would you only build oblong/cube shaped enclosures or do you build angled ones as well? I'm sure added complexity may increase your base cost.

Cheers for the positive feedback. I have definately noticed a lack of people offering this sort of service.

All boxes do infact come completely carpeted ready to be boot installed.
