Hey guys just wondering if people could post up pics or links to aftermarket wagon tail lights.

i was just wondering if there where ones that looked similar to the sedan ones

There's one more brand that i know of but do a search for it...
The prefacelift ones (04-06) suck in comparison to the facelift ones (07-09)

Off topic question, in the 'THERB3' photo, what is that protective strip on the bumper/boot opening?? Haven't seen before. Is it off an Outback?

Yeh they are the same. Outback and Liberty had the same tail lights but 07+ were different
Beware though as the lines of the boot are different and may look funny offsetting them

It's a Subaru part for liberty's and outbacks that was an option, you could probably still order them through a dealer...
