Hi all, I'm looking to get a few small door dents fixed and was wondering if anyone has had good results from a dent removalist that they would higly recommend. I've looked in the yellow pages and there's quite a few in the Sydney area, but would like the reassurance of quality work.

We have held a few dent removal days here in Sydney

We used Ben a number of time, his work is great and he is mobile too.

I use a dent eraser they are in the shire but do house calls

Just thought I would give an update in case anyone wants to know a good dent remover.

I ended up going with Prestige Dent Removal through a recommendation from a friend.

He arrived on time to my work place and was happy to work on my car in the underground carpark. Took about 2.5hrs.

Work done:

Drivers door: 3-4 dents
Passenger rear ddor: 5-6 dents
Boot lid: 1 dent
Rear quater: 1 dent
Passsenger front door: 2 dents

All for $250 !!!! Admittedly they were only tiny dents except for about 3 which were slightly larger. But that's still cheap.

All came out great, can't even notice they were there.

I would recommend this guy to anyone in the Sydney area. Give Mark a call on 0400 258 661

good stuff but most dent guys are good

Any good ones in Melbourne you can recommend, the Liberty I'm getting has a small stone dent on the bonnet which I want to get removed.

I got the hail damage repaired by Hail recovery centre or similar wording in Bayswater and the car came back spot on, could not tell it ever had dents in it. was not cheap though.

When I got my GT-B done it was $5400 for about 6 "noticeable" dents and about 6 others that had to be pointed out to noticed but it was an insurance job so I have no doubt it added to the price. As the bonnet is made of aluminum it is dearer to fix but how much dearer I don't know. My son in-law to be works in the auto sales trade and tells me that a $600 dent removal job 12 months ago is now a $2000-3000 job due to all the hail damage, so shop around and get a quote or two.
If you can wait a while for the demand to decrease the price may go back to normal.

man this dent is so tiny the owner didn't know it existed. I won't even bother with it. unless ur looking at it really really close in sunlight u cant even see it.

update from son in-law to be is for small dent about $100-200 and he still thinks that's expensive!

I've used the "Auto Dentist" in Melbourne's west. Great guy and brilliant job. Price was also better than most quotes I got.
