3.0r skirt and spoiler japan parts

has anyone bought/fitted either of these two items from japan parts? just wondering how they go on. one would assume that the spoiler goes on through holes in the boot, but i dont know how the skirt would fit, maybe fit around the front bumper?

107-010-003: 3.0r front bumper skirt by subaru
1005G-035-004: sti trunk spoiler set (which is more like a boot lip with an led stop light)

I can tell you that's a reasonable saving cos RRP for one of those is $1040.

i can tell you that the sti boot lip spoiler is mounted by 4 bolts and double sided tape ( fitting instructions and a template where to drill the holes are included )
