i was just wondering if we wanted to could we get cf goodies made up from our stock....ie seat backs, air con vents, door handles, grill's, bonnets, side mirrors (to remove the indicator instead of placing a cover over it) etc etc....
i know you can get those sticker to go over your things to make it look like its cf, but its gotta be done professionally or it looks crap

or is it simply not cost effective to make up in a small number production.

Not cost effective for small volume production. There are textured CF wraps available, which look very close to the real thing. Ultimately if you use it on the exterior though it only lasts around 3 years before it degrades. Interior 7 years or so.

applied to post in the for sale section, but this is something im interested in. never seen it on the car before and i think it looks hot.

i wouldnt put it over the silver bits running alongside the audio / air con console, but think the rest looks great and is reasonably priced compared to purchasing the cf wrap and doing it yourself.

How much was the set? I think the handbrake being on the other side won't help as well.

yep, it was about 950 for the set but b/c were rhd they need to make up a new center piece to suit the position of our hand brake. if i can get 2 ppl buying they cost of fabrication etc for that would be an extra 35.
i have also asked them if they will produce a cf door grab handle for the inside as i personally like the silver trim ad just want to cover the black plastic with the cf. that means i would have a few pieces left over (the 2 pieces running down the audio console and the door trim bits) but they wont substitute bits and im sure ebay will find a buyer for at least the 2 center trim bits running along side the audio console.

all up inc postage and the extra bits im anticipating just on a grand posted if i can get 2 buyers
