stone chip removal...

Postby netrace » Mon Apr 16, 2007 6:29 pm

Hi guys/girls,

Just got MY04 GT :D , which has got some chip damage on the bonnet from the previous owner  . I am wandering if there is any way of removing them without actually re-spraying the whole bonnet? any help/advise is appreciated.

thanks,

Bump from.. well... a loooong time ago....

Anyone have any experience with stone chip repair in Sydney? I've seen a couple of websites (e.g. Scratch magic ) but wonder if anyone has any firsthand recommendations ?

Cheers

We had a discussion about this when we had the gathering at Shift Performance a while back. We were going to do a group day for a touch up paint guy, which I think .... senator? was going to organise. We should push him to get this going.

That's only because you don't have a hole in your bonnet. You see, if you had the hole, you wouldn't have those stone chips.
