Foglight Surrounds - Replace with non-chrome variant

Quick question, I'm looking to replace the less than tastful chrome surrounds on the foglights.
Can't find anything on the web. Would love a matte black style to better match the front bumper. Could have had them resprayed but chrome can be a pain to do.
Any suggestions?
