Which Short Throw Shifter Should I Get?

Postby hotwheels420 » Thu Mar 10, 2016 11:49 am

So I've been looking around for a STS to fit my car (MY05 Liberty 3.0R Spec B), wondering if anyone here can help point me in the right direction? I found a COBB one online but it seemed more aimed at STI 6 speed boxes, and when i posted a question asking whether it would fit, a staff member informed me that it wouldn't.
Thanks!

Which Short Shifter? You need mine!
Fits 6MT and 5MT, Gen3 and Gen4, but most of all, made for the Spec-B 6MT shifter.
Click on the link below.
And while you are at, why not put the full gear shift rejuvenation kit through, as well!

Oh awesome, i have also been having a terrible sloppy feel when in any gear so the rejuvination kit sounds good!
I'm really interested in that as well as the pivot bushing for at the base of the shifter (saw it on page 3 of that post)

BTW can i grab a little more info on the short shifter? how much easier is it to install compared to other ones on the market? and how many millimeters will the shifter stick out after the adapter is fitted?

and finally, how much would i be looking at for all of these parts (posted to north QLD)?
thanks! :)

Also one last question, do your bushings add any NVH? i've heard aftermarket ones can sound awful and i'd love for it to be smooth and silent :)
