Hey guys, so I'm now in a financial position to purchase a set of rims for my completely stock my07 GT Spec B.

I'm currently looking at the Ultrex Rs Flat Black 18x8 rims http://www.ultrex.com.au/ultrex-rs-flat-black-18-x-8-rims-wheels-p-368.html
Now I have a couple of questions.
Whats their build quality like? Obviously they are quite cheap for $799 for a set
And do I really need hub centric rings? Obviously i'll need a set of lug nuts with it.

I really like the look of them, and with under $1000 as my budget its looking promising.
Let me know what you guys think, I appreciate any replies.

They're great looking wheels at a rad price. You have nothing to worry about.
I have a set fitted to my 07 NA wagon and they look fab.

Hub-centric rings i wouldnt worry about, but that's up to you.
