Personal interior?

Postby GONEWALKABOUT » Fri May 01, 2015 1:40 pm

In the ever long wait for parts and time i find myself browsing the darkness that is the internet, and i wonder, what have you guys done to add a personal touch or style to the interior of your cars?

Pics would be optimal :)

Blackout interior, isn't really something people tend to do on this side of the world.

Should look the business once the pillars are done.

Was admiring your handy work on here the other day. Was it hard doing the door card pieces? Did you somehow remove it or just mask off the rest of it?

They were a bit of a pain.
Tool of choice was a soldering iron. The trims are basically plastic pressed in so i melted the plastic tops and pulled the trim out and melted some zip ties plus whatever plastic i could salvage back. Sound bodgey and i agree. Seemed to work pretty well though and fixed a few areas that were broken previous to me touching it so win win. A definate do for me with future cars aswell. Love the colour match
