Where can I get this front grille and lip from? If I can't get it together where can I get it separately?

That's a zerosports front grille, and AIUI they are no longer in business. Corazon grille is similar and can be had from japan parts here https://www.japanparts.com/parts/detail/17106

You missed the lip in the picture, but you can get lips from on the run motorsport, ultrex, japanparts (or other) for genuine, or zerosports style from ultrex here http://www.ultrex.com.au/subaru-liberty ... p-321.html
