as per http://www.ebay.com.au/gds/How-to-Choos ... 179/g.html

It's an LED 'bulb' unit that goes in your indicator, but you wire it to your parkers, so you get extra light when your parkers are on. Not really sure if this would be worth it, has anyone done it, or seen it done on any cars? (in AU or elsewhere)

I'm not sure it adds a whole lot, but I want to test it out first.

I looked into it, saved some links iirc.
In the States, front indicators are lit up white as per drl's except when indicating (iirc) in much the same way as brake lights work.
So the mod would involve swapping the indicator socket for a switchback Usdm version and wiring the parker to the 2nd indicator circuit.
And using an amber/white switchback LED.
Theoretically the parker could also be modded this way meaning parkers always on except when indicating.
