New wheels. I dont think you'll be happy enough with painted wheels to be honest.

You can plasti dip them. Should be fairly cheap to do. That way if you're not satisfied you haven't really wasted much money

Plasti dip one of them first put it on and see if you like it. If not it's only one you need to remove..... If you like them, I have no doubt you will buy new rims.
