Ebay grill

Postby Evozn » Tue Mar 04, 2014 10:04 pm

Has anyone bought this ebay grill before?
http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Carbon-Fiber ... b7c&_uhb=1
It says it fits the pre and post face lifted model, is this true? (I thought they had slightly different mounting positions.) If someone has one installed could they post a picture?

Thanks.

i just got one:

you have to make the mounting holes to suit your car. The shiny side isn't too bad, but overall product is a bit rubbish. I will try fitting it this weekend and post back.

Here it is compared to the stock grille and fitted to my car:

I had to remove the 4 clips along the radiator support, a flat screw driver releases them easily enough. There is a good 1cm gap at the bottom when fitted. When funds permit, im probably going to swap to a MY08 STI grille.

You need to clean the top side of the bumper under the grille!
I was going to procrastinate, but I put it off...
