I was wondering if anyone knows about the factory tint on the Gen 4 post-fl GTB.
The front windows have significantly less tint on them than the rear, and I have a wagon so the boot ones are also dark. Have people re-tinted their front windows to match? Are there roadworthiness issues with making the fronts darker?
Also, has anyone tinted their sunroof?

The rear windows are not a tint it's a privacy glass. It's around the equivalent of 18% tint. The glass colour between fronts and rear are different so even if you did go an illegal 18% tint on them they still won't match exactly. Most people go for the 35% which is the legal limit.

I wouldn't bother tinting the sunroof.

Does that mean the fronts are not at all tinted and it is just the glass colour gives the tinted look?

without it your head fries in the sun

and yes, you fry in qld with the blind open, let alone the glass. Obviously tint won't work very well if the glass is open
