The dash above the speedo was all cracked when I purchased the car and it just got worse. Now where the passenger airbag is had started cracking! Any solutions?

Replace it with the dash from a wrecked car?

I kinda went apeshit belting my dash trying to get rid of a rattle & now I've got a cracked dash AND a rattle.
On a scale of 1-10, how hard is it to replace the dash? ('05 Outback)
