Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone knows what the colour code for the Tuned by Sti moulds which are run on either side of the head unit/gear stick panel. Normally they are a light silver but they seem a darker silver on those models. Anyone know where i can find this information?? Got a few sets i wana spray up! Should look nice with the new head unit/black fascia.

Cheers,
Mick

Wrap them in either black or carbon black wrap, much better, and reversible ;)

Nah I've got a spare set that are scratched up so I can afford to test it.... Would Subaru know this or is it a matter of guess and check!? Can anyone post a pic with an 05-06 STi moulds?? I'll give it a go in weeks to come.

you could try subaru, but i doubt theyd know as it would come to them painted.
Id just try and match it as best as possible but do the dash part too as theyre touching. Then if its slightly out you wont notice if the door handles are slightly different.

I've always noticed that my '08 GT SpecB had dark grey trim pieces, but other identical cars on Carsales etc had light silver. Just lucky I guess :).

But yeah, like others have said, I doubt even Subaru dealer would know. The factory that makes them would. But if you are not keen on buying a new set based on a VIN (since you have a spare set), then the best you can do is probably a colour match.
