Liberty Dash Redoing

I was thinking of recoving the Woodgrain inserts in my Liberty Heritage as i think that the Woodgrain kinda era has passed.

What would it take to make it look carbon fibre?

3M do a product called DiNoc Carbon Fibre Wrap. Is a self adhesive vinyl that looks good. It's not too expensive and there are cheaper versions but I think the 3M looks the best.

Cheers, Do you agree that the woodgrain of a Heritage is outdated look?

I think wood grain is classy and I'm covering the silver plastic bits in my interior with a wood grain vinyl so I guess I'm going the other way haha!

Mate, the hi-gloss, dark wood looks old but a matte, light timber might look ok. 3M does have a few options so check them out. I'm trying to find something at the moment to liven up my interior but it's difficult to find something fresh but not tacky.
