Arith, Still got the original engine cover? Interested in selling it? My wife ran over mine and turned it into a 100 piece jigsaw :(

I'm afraid to ask how that happened, though I'm picturing her jumping over 10 cars with a monster truck, and your Liberty's the last car in line. :pardon: But sorry to hear that.

Unfortunately I'm retaining all OEM parts so when I part with the car it'll be an easier sale. Sorry!

I think there was a thread a while ago where someone thought they would gain some power by removing the engine cover. Perhaps they're selling?

Hey Arith, did you need to do any trimming of the engine cover to fit over your intercooler?
Cheers,

Rosso.

The engine cover will fit with the factory TMIC, but with the thicker AVO TMIC, it required trimming on all 4 sides of the opening.

Naw. Same diameter so it's a direct fit/replacement. Just different material which stays cooler than the OEM rubber, and it's smooth instead of crinkley like the OEM pipe.

Arith,
sorry, I didn't mean the blue intake hose.

I mean the the cold air pipe that feeds air to to OE airbox, is the C/F any larger then the OE one?

Oh, that one? Ahh, I see now. No, that's the same size. The CF you see if just a lid that sits on top of the OEM one (a cover). So there was no changing of any piping. I'm still running all stock except for the HKS panel filter. Sorry!
