fix or replace?

I've got a white 2.5 MY04 sedan, and my rear bumper has been obviously damaged by someone. I've tried to respray the back end, but the whole rear face needs to be done now as the paint I was sold doesn't quite match the original colour. Should I just give in and replace the bumper, or should I remove and respray it with the correct paint (which appears to be hard to find-the paint code is 36J)-any help would be greatly appreciated-its driving me nuts!
